Born and raised in Boise, ID., Phil has deep roots in his community. After high school Phil ventured to the east coast to attend college. Phil received his degree at Yale University, then directly returned to beautiful Boise, ID., and promptly started his career as a Financial Advisor. Phil specializes in designing and actively managing investment portfolios designed to address ever-changing market conditions. Phil has provided advice to high net worth clients, business owners, and executives for over 20 years.

A Team Approach - Phil's skills are complemented by his business partner and wife, Dini. Having worked side-by-side for over 20 years, Dini helped establish Harris Financial Advisors in 2002. Dini focuses on Financial Planning, Business Retirement Plans, & Insurance. In addition to her role as a Financial Advisor, Dini has spent time in a supervisory position giving her a better understand of industry regulations. Dini earned the AIF® Designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies in 2013. The AIF® Designation certifies she has specialized knowledge of fiduciary standards of care and their application to the investment management process. Dini has been in Boise for over 40 years and has deep family roots in the community. 

Dini holds the following licenses:

Series 7: General Securities, Series 24: Supervisory, Series 66: Combination State and Registered Investment Advisor, as well as a Resident Producer Insurance License for Variable, Life, Health, and Disability.

Kayla is a natural when it comes to balancing great customer service and attention to detail. Outside of work she enjoys spending her time gardening and caring for her animals, alongside her husband. HFA is excited to have Kayla join the team and watch as she continues to grow in this field.

A solid team needs good support. As a former computer engineer, Shantel is the perfect choice to oversee our technology and processes as she continues to develop her career. Shantel is passionate about finance and is looking forward to expanding her career in the industry. Some of her hobbies include tennis, gardening, and camping in the beautiful mountains that surround the Treasure Valley. Having lived in many places around the country, Boise is where she, and her husband, choose to raise their two children.
