A Team Approach - Phil's skills are complemented by his business partner and wife, Dini. Having worked side-by-side for over 18 years, Dini helped establish Harris Financial Advisors in 2002. Dini focuses on Financial Planning, Business Retirement Plans, & Insurance. In addition to her role as a Financial Advisor, Dini has spent time in a supervisory position giving her a better understand of industry regulations. Dini earned the AIF® Designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies in 2013. The AIF® Designation certifies she has specialized knowledge of fiduciary standards of care and their application to the investment management process. Dini first found her love of the stock market and economics at the Smart Women Smart Money Conference where she now sits on the board to help plan and seek funding for future conferences. The Paraplanner/Investment Associate will work closely with financial advisors and have responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, appointment preparation, completing client account documents, creating and modifying financial plans and meeting with clients. They will be required to master a software program that is related to portfolio accounting and performance reporting. Candidates for this position must have a high level of integrity and ethical behavior. They will also be a self-starter having strong initiative, strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.
A college degree is not required.

Diane has had the privilege of staying at home and homeschooling her 4 sons for the past 20 years. This adventure has been challenging yet highly rewarding. This prepared her for proficient management of time and schedules. With her children grown, Diane felt it was time for the next chapter in life. Diane loves to garden, cook, hike, and cheer on her boys as they play rugby and football. Diane sits on the board of directors for Rugby Idaho and enjoys volunteering within the refugee community in Boise.
